Fishing the Mersey

The River Mersey clean up over recent years has been nothing short of miraculous. So much so that it is one of the premier sea angling venues in the country, offering safe sheltered fishing when boats elsewhere are unable to get afloat. This film charts the actions and successes of that clean up, then takes a detailed look at both the dinghy and the charter fishing on offer, including tackling some of the more difficult aspects of fishing in the river.
